Since the firm’s founding in the early 1970s by Kenneth P. Saundry, Sr., the late father of the current president, we have owned, operated, managed and developed over $200 million in real estate properties, primarily in Florida. These successful ventures and investments have included land development, as well as the acquisition and development of income-producing residential and commercial real estate properties.
The company actively purchases income and investment properties including flex space, industrial assets, business centers, retail centers, commercial office properties and neighborhood shopping centers. We control more than $10 million in quality, income-producing investment properties. Saundry is prepared with capital, investors and solid banking relationships.
Our Founder and FIrst President
Kenneth P. Saundry, Sr.
Kenneth P. Saundry, Sr., was born and grew up in Detroit. He was educated in Michigan as well and served in the armed forces during World War II. Kenneth and his wife raised their four children and during that time, he enjoyed a successful career in various sales positions.
His real estate ventures also began in the Great Lakes State in 1963, where he acquired land for development and investment and apartment properties. In 1970, Kenneth, Sr., began investing in the Melbourne, Florida area. Eventually, he relocated his family to Florida to pursue real estate investment opportunities full time. It was there he founded Saundry Associates of Florida, Inc.
Meet the Team
Kenneth P. Saundry, Jr.
Kenneth Saundry, Jr. graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. from the School of Communications in 1976. He began working in the real estate investment and development business in 1978 when he joined the company his father started, Saundry Associates, Inc. Since then, Kenneth has been in active ownership and management roles across a wide range of properties and activities.

Denise A. Berger
Denise Berger earned a degree in interior design from ICS Scranton in Pennsylvania while living abroad in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She is a licensed real estate associate and a licensed community association manager in the state of Florida. Denise has held a number of positions and duties with Saundry Associates, Inc. including administrative assistant and office manager. In Denise’s present role as an associate, she is responsible for all financial matters and supervision of bankers, attorneys, general contractors and vendors for all current and proposed projects.
Her hands-on approach ensures a smooth, efficient and value-added standard for our clients and properties.
